At Emaros Global Resources Ltd, we ensure a healthy workforce, the safe execution of tasks, and zero damage to our working environment and assets. It is our policy to implement the following Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines in order to achieve these goals:
- Place necessary premium on the health of Emaros's employees, contractors and all other stakeholders with whom company operations may interface directly or indirectly.
- Ensure that all personnel comply with statutory and particular safety rules and regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence of staff to avoid unsafe act that may create Insafe condition or result to accidents.
- Ensure that Health, safety & Environment policies are made available in all our operations via the setting of clear risk based objectives that can be cascaded into the setting of individuals tasks.
- Make conscious efforts to implement sustainable development programmes.
- Health, safety & Environment Training and retaining of all personnel on regular bases.
- Ensure that Health , Safety and Environment polices are not only applied to workplaces, but in all sphere of life.
- Promote the culture of safe handling, usage, storage and transportation of equipment.
- Pragmatic effort for a more comprehensive understanding of Health, safety and Environment policies by staff.
- Adequate need to be environmental friendly.
